Return & Exchange Policy

At NordGlow we take pride in delivering high-quality menswear and accessories. While we hope you’re completely satisfied with your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — and we're here to help.

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy to ensure your experience is smooth and satisfactory. While every product undergoes strict quality control, we recognize that issues can occasionally arise.

Please review the following conditions before initiating a return or exchange:


1. Return

We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and transparently.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • In case of damage or defect, please make sure the issue is clearly visible in the photos provided.

How to Start
To initiate a return, please email support@nordglow.store within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number;
  • A brief explanation of the issue;
  • Required photos:
    1. Product size tag;
    2. Box or packaging;
    3. The full product;
    4. A clear photo showing the defect or issue (if applicable).

Process Steps

  1. We receive your photos and confirm your case.
  2. Our team reviews the images and information provided.
  3. You’ll receive a response with the decision and detailed instructions.
  4. If a physical return is required, we will provide the address of one of our return centers for shipping.

During the process, the shipment of the replacement item (in case of an approved exchange) will be covered by us.
The return shipment of the item to be exchanged or refunded should be arranged by the customer, following our support team’s guidance.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund or exchange as agreed via email.


Non-Returnable Situations

Please note we’re unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • Sizing Issues: If a size chart was available on the product page, customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns based on style, color, or material preferences if the product matches its description.
  • Final Sale & Hygiene-sensitive Items:
    • Opened or used products (e.g., accessories that touch the skin)
    • Custom or personalized items
    • Perishable goods
    • Flammable or hazardous items
    • Gift cards

Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee may apply to high-value items or products returned without original packaging.

That said, we’re always open to reasonable requests. If you’re unsure whether your situation qualifies, feel free to reach out.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 – 15 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If free shipping was offered, a small restocking fee may apply

3. Exchanges

Received a defective or damaged item? Let us know within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@nordglow.store with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange an exchange if stock is available. Otherwise, we’ll suggest a comparable replacement or issue a refund.


4. Return Shipping

Unless your return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong or defective item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:

  • Check with your bank or card issuer — it may take a few extra days to process
  • Still no update? Contact us at support@nordglow.store for assistance

6. Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can issue a gift credit once the return is received. You’ll receive a digital gift certificate via email.

All orders are carefully packed and processed as quickly as possible—typically within 1 to 3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 business days from the date of processing.

Please note: NordGlow is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country’s customs agency. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.
